A bespoke menu is crafted exclusively for your event — with optional wine and cocktail pairings. You'll receive it for review and can refine any detail. Ingredients are sourced from trusted local and international suppliers once the menu is approved.

We recommend at least 7 days for intimate dinners and 3–4 weeks for larger events, to allow time for consultation, menu design, and ingredient sourcing. Short-notice requests are sometimes possible — just ask.
Absolutely. Every menu is built around your table — vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, allergies, and specific dislikes are all woven into the menu design from the start, never bolted on.
Just a working kitchen and a table. Chef Antonio's team brings everything else — from specialist equipment to tableware if needed — and leaves your home exactly as they found it.
A deposit confirms your date and covers ingredient sourcing, with the balance due on the day of the event. Full details are provided with your bespoke quote.
Yes — Chef Antonio caters across Kenya and internationally. Travel and accommodation costs for events outside Nairobi are quoted transparently in advance.
